Used it for a one night stand and it worked exactly how I wanted it to.

Cons:Useless WIFI - Lights blink in the shower, sconces hang on one screw and crooked. worn out carpet all but one restaurant open.
Pros:Personnel was decent
Cons:Walls are so thin, baby crying for hours, kid running in room with parent coaching the kid on for hours. Urine on floor next to toilet and black hair in the bathtub. I felt it was a dirty room. I will not be back.
Pros:I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room, the pool and hot tub, the staff, and the restaurant were all excellent. Excellent value for my money, and it wad only minutes from my conference in New Brunswick and all thr major highways.
Pros:A terrific hotel with lots of amenities. Well located. The hotel staff was always courteous, gracious and positive in their approach.
Pros:There wasn't much not to like about this place. It had a wonderful atmosphere, luxurious comfort and state of the art facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Cons:The one thing I didn't like was that parking wasn't included.
Cons:Air conditioning made alot of noise. Called down to let the conceriege know that there was no remote in the room and nothing was done.

Pros:The only thing nice about this hotel was the pool. Large and heated.
Cons:We reserved a 2 room suite. The hotel did not have this to offer. We were given a single room with two beds at the same price. Room did not have a mini fridge, there was a spot for one. Lights were missing bulbs. Shower felt like you were going to fall through to the floor below. Continental breakfast was only cereal.
Pros:When I checked into the hotel I gave the front desk my debit card to keep on file for incidentals. I pre-paid for the hotel a month in advance of my trip so I should not have charged at all. Not only was my card wrongfully charged, it was charged 5 times! Resulting in over $1000 in charges and overdrew my checking account. This would have all been okay had the hotel taken responsibility, apologized, or offered to help me fix it. Instead they were very defensive, immediately said that they did nothing wrong and claimed that it must have been a problem with my bank. However, I just so happened to overhear another customer talking on the phone about the same thing happening to her. I asked to her to go to the front desk with me to confront them. Obviously we had two different banks so our bank was not the problem. The man at the front desk was very rude. He kept telling me not to worry about it and it wasn't a problem. My money was gone! of course it was a problem. Also, he still insisted that it wasn't their system causing the problem. He said "2 customers of 400 had this problem so its not likely it is our system". It wasn't until I checked out that someone finally admitted that they messed up. They then decided to tell me that they have a new system and are still getting used to it. Had they just told me this from the beginning I would have understood and been less upset. The problem is fixed now but the fact that they were so rude will stick with me forever. I will never choose to stay at a Hilton again.
