Pros: Staff was nice and helpful, despite offering an "free upgrade" that ended up costing more in gas.
Cons: The car was really dirty. I waited 20 minutes after my pick up time. I would have preferred to keep the car that I originally reserved vs. getting a "free upgrade" for a less fuel efficient car.

great ride!
Pros: we rented an audi. it was new and had lots of bells and whistles. customer service excellent! we would definitely rent with enterprise in the future!
