Cons (-) Somerset-Bridgewater and Hotels.com blamed each other for the confusion, after 3 hours of the circus, I decided to book another hotel down the road that worked out much better. I have stayed at the Bridgewater when it was the Marriott, it was Ok then, seems to have plummeted to a new low. Never booking here again and no hotels through hotels.com.

Pros (+) -The rate -the bed
Cons (-) -the elevator (old and rickety. Another guest put his arm in to stop the door but it continued to close after contact. My wife pressed the open button to no avail. Good thing he was able to pull it out in time). -The overall decor and overall ambience. From afar the hotel looks great, but up close it really shows its age, and not in a good way.
