Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and enjoyable pool area. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and several highlighted friendly staff experiences. However, there were frequent complaints about inconsistent or poor service, especially at the front desk and with housekeeping. Some guests also noted issues with amenities, noise, and room maintenance. Overall, while the hotel offers a clean and well-located stay with good pool facilities, improvements in service and attention to guest needs are necessary.

Cons (-) Somerset-Bridgewater and Hotels.com blamed each other for the confusion, after 3 hours of the circus, I decided to book another hotel down the road that worked out much better. I have stayed at the Bridgewater when it was the Marriott, it was Ok then, seems to have plummeted to a new low. Never booking here again and no hotels through hotels.com.
