Pros: Absolutely stunning hotel in the most amazing location, the staff were beyond helpful and welcomed us with champagne and chocolates. The bar is incredible, I can't recommend this hotel enough! Some reviews mention the pool is on the smaller side but there's never more than 4 or 5 people around it, and we were there when the hotel was sold out. Worth every penny!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Literally everything met my expectations as far as the reception and the room is concerned. The middle courtyard was a nice place to hang out and relax. The staff was curious and helpful.
Cons: The restaurants can be much better. Breakfast was a challenge, and should have a much bigger presentation and selection. The staff was helpful, but the food can be much better.
6,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, room size of suite.
Cons: Bathroom poorly appointed, ventilation system not maintained or working. Shower was small and dated. Pros: The lobby of this hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. The huge 1920 Tiffany stained glass ceiling is an amazing world treasure and the art deco lobby is very elegant. The rooms are very large, luxurious and nicely furnished. On arrival, there was a special welcome cake with our name written in chocolate. All of the staff, Gabriela, Jaime, Salvador, and Victor, were kind and welcoming. They really try to make your stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! The location is very convenient to many attractions, the cathedral, the amazing Temple Mayor and museum, and lots of restaurants. Every time you go in and out, you enjoy the spectacularly lobby. The entryway is monitored by a staff member. They were all so nice! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Need more sound proofing walls, you can hear your neighbors conversations.

Pros: Breakfast, location
Cons: Location
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff and the rooms are great, so clean and comfy. Highly recommend.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location can’t be beat if you want to stay in Historic District. Zocalo is directly across from hotel and the view from the rooftop open-air breakfast/ restaurant is marvelous. Cafe Central with complementary salads, sandwiches, and drinks is an added bonus that made our stay even more pleasurable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delightfully served.
Cons: Our room was quite small for a double bed and location of shelf is shower poorly planned. Even though two of us were occupants, during the five night stay , coffee/tea was replaced for a single and when we left tea bags for another evening, they were taken away and not replaced. Glasses from bathroom were removed for cleaning and not replaced. Minor issues that an be easily resolved with cleaning staff training or use of checklists.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location at the heart of the city and the amazing helpfulness of the staff. They worked hard if sometimes ineffectively to fix problems, provide help and directions and answer questions. Breakfast good, internet free, great view from bar/restaurant.
Cons: Room (only one with grab bars, necessary for my husband) was small, no place for suitcases except on the desk, no place for dopp kits except the small sink top, and few places to hang towels. Shower flooded the entire bathroom. Big roach came from drain.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a suite so it was huge, very comfortable bed, huge shower, huge TV, views overlooking the city square in front of the palace. Breakfasts in our deal were included and were fantastic at the top of the building with great views. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice. Staff where very helpful. We also had access to the cafe in the foyer for all sorts of snacks, coffee, light rolls, this also was in our package and free to use whenever we wanted. Location was excellent, you can walk to everything, the hop on hop off buses were literally a 2 minute walk (great value and well worth doing especially the red and green route)
Cons: Slight disadvantage was due to the location overlooking the square also came the noise, and although I think the suite is suppose to be double glazed the noise was quiet intruding at times, also this particular suite 515 was directly under the dinning area so you could hear chairs being moved on the floor (our ceiling). We stayed for 5 nights
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing property...the view, staff, room, the cafe and breakfasts each morning. Any wait to stay here again!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: great hospitality and treatment from staff. Wonderful breakfast and service. No problem for English speakers with poor Spanish. Highly recommended! Oh, and the view from the restaurant would make the hotel stay worthwhile on its own.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What I like about the propriety was the environmental and is very clean. The staff is very nice and the restaurant has a very good view from the balcony and the food was very good.
Cons: Everting was perfect
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The breakfast buffet food was barely warm. Only ate there once and did not return.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely helpful in our stay there, I would totally stay at the Hyatt again !! Thank you
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful cant deny that, but beauty isn't everything.
Cons: The rooms were freezing!! We had 2 rooms and couldn't alter the temperature. The mini fridges were locked so even if we wanted something we couldn't have it and it especially sucked when we'd came back with food and couldn't store them properly. Additonally for the money we'd paid to be there the facilities should've been better, the sink and shower flooded for every use. We used the towels to clean the mess instead of drying ourselves. There also seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff for our booking but admittedly it was the holiday season and they were at a high occupancy rate.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Location. The hotel was at walking distance to many tourists attractions as well as to best restaurants in town. Nice view of Chapultepec park. The concierge team was very helpful

Pros: Clean and spacious room
Cons: Thermostat doesn't really work
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was incredible. Fantastic gym. Nice pool and jacuzzis. Great location in town. Near a metro stop. nice view from the executive floor.
Cons: Way overpriced in every way. Poor value for money. Despite having room prices of $200 to $250 dollars per night, they charge you for wifi in your room, which is something that a $10 hotel often has for free.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location is central and convenient. Professional staff.
Cons: Gym facilities often weren’t ready in the morning. Saunas, jacuzzi etc weren’t ready in the early morning as advertised. Did not give complimentary WiFi if booked through booking.com EVEN if a Marriott member as I am, which was vexatious and petty of them.
6,0 Good
Pros: Great location, very good breakfast, although a little pricy. Very clean. nice people working here, but some of them are really unprofessional.
Cons: * They treat you like a thief, You book an expensive room for 3 nights, they lock the minibar like you are going to run away with coca-cola. * Paying for WIFI nowadays is a shame, we are not in the sixties. * Shower water was like peeing on me, very weak and unpleasant to take a shower. * There is a business lounge on the top floor, the entrance fee is 60 USD (half night stay) I feel this luxury hotel become a low cost airline in the style, you pay for every facility including (internet, lounge, etc..)

7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent, modern room, great quality of bed and shower. No noise from adjacent rooms. Great gym, nice big pool, both at the top floor with a magnificent view.
Cons: This location is convenient if you need to be in the Santa Fe business area itself, otherwise far from anything, roads to downtown (Polanco, etc) typically congested, takes on average 30 min. What I particularly didn't like were the works (hammering, boring) that were going on one night until 3 am. Staff argued it was not in the hotel but in the same building, yet it sounded very close on one of the floors above me (I was on floor 7). What also does not work yet is to 'prereserve' a taxi, because when I wanted to leave at the agreed departure time, nobody remembered, taxi still had to be ordered, and I was 'accused' of not yet having signed a document regarding the taxi billing on my room, whereas I had 45 min before. I remained relaxed about it, but this accusation was actually quite bad, this just shouldn't happen in a Hilton.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and a great location.
Cons: I hosted an event at the hotel for 80 participants. During the event, I hired drinks services. The drinks were not what we expected. We were told that they were going to setup a bar in the conference room, and that did not happend. Also, we told them to set up at 5pm, and they did not show up until 5:20. The majority of the guest left and we weren´t able to have the drinks reception.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. Good options. Staff was great and helpful. Location was safe although fairly remote and corporate park like with not much culture in the near vicinity. Supermarket and some eateries close.
7,5 Good
Pros: It has very good amenities and the room and the bathroom are very clean
Cons: The tv I mean not the tv but it has very Poot quality, you don’t even have the info or menu button
5,4 Okay
Pros: I ordered room service twice and both tines there were problems. The order was wrong or incomplete and they had to return to change it meaning the food was cold and the meal interrupted.
Cons: The room was dark as half of the window was obscured by a stud wall. The bathroom did not have hooks for the hand towels and the hooks for the bath towels were on the opposite side of the bathroom to the shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. I felt care for on all levels. I will for sure return.
Cons: Clean, spacious and great location...walking distance to La Parque Mexicana...great restaurants...

Cons: Realy nothing

Pros: Bad bed worst breakfast
Cons: Does not deserve to belong to bonvoy

Pros: Sky garden
Cons: The room was not supplied with good bath disposable. For that price there should be things like shower cap, cotton swaps. There should be clear signs in the airport to lead to the hotel. People who dont know they may take a taxi to go there, not knowing that there is a door access from airport. Price was too high comparing with what hotel offers.

Pros: the room was well decorated, cozy and spacious. I like the Smart TV, enabled me to watch (resume) Netflix. The bathroom was also spacious and bright (which is very important).
Cons: There were no amenities in the bathroom which could have been useful for fast-moving guests.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, very friendly staff, convenient because you do not have to leave the airport at all to get to the hotel! Ideal for a late arrival or early departure.
Cons: Breakfast not included (we knew this), and very expensive! They arranged a taxi for us and we learnt later that it was twice as expensive as taking a normal taxi. Probably not surprising, but still.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing Master Suite. The staff was very attentive at all times. My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary.... the hotel choice was just perfect. I had the chance to request a surprise for my wife having our room set up with petals, a bouquet of two dozens of roses (red and white) strawberries dipped in chocolate and they did an amazing job!!!! The resort is located alongside a mall with restaurants and bars. The night before our departure we went out bar hopping and ended up in a restaurant which served us great appetizers and nice drinks. My wife and I loved Live Aqua Resort and we plan to be back sometime in the future to repeat the experience.
Cons: Include breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the property and the staff
Cons: The good was not great
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Big modern rooms
Cons: The cleaning service wasn’t that good, everyday I found something that they forgot to clean up. When I was asking the personnel ( like concierge) to do something (bookings, laundry, etc) , I had to ask 2-3 times before it was done
7,5 Good
Pros: It’s in a good and safe area of Mexico next to a small mall with some top end restaurants and bars. The hotel is modern and has some hi-tech elements in the room as well as free Nespresso in the room.
Cons: The entrance to get to the door is dangerous. When we checked in they had multiple issues with the keys and we wasted 30 minutes getting access to our room. We gave clothes for 1 hour pressing service. After 3 hours we didn’t get them back and had to chase (got them back after 5 hours - think they forgot).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed with kids at this hotel and it was perfect. The room was huge, there was a convenience store and pharmacy in the mall next door and the mall that is connected to the hotel was very nice and had a nice selection of restaurants. The staff at the hotel were lovely and we were so impressed by our room.

7,0 Good
Pros: I liked the ambiance and the general feel
Cons: The sheets scratch, and the tv does not have English speaking movies !, nor movie channels for rent. They don't have good bread after breakfast, just comercial box bread ! I called the reception and they said they were sorry. Upon check out, the person in charge said that they did have movies in English, but that I had to access them through my cel phone !?!?!?!?!, they could have told me the night before, before falling asleep form boredom.
