Cons (-) Food price on the cafeteria and restaurant
Pros (+) The best part about this hotel was that it was really close to the Foro Sol. The staff was friendly they have a kitchen that is open 24hrs a day. It was clean and the bed was comftable

I never had a problem like this before and don't know who's fault it was but the hotel still felt guilty for leaving me stranded for an hour in the lobby and accommodate me anyways.
