Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the beds very comfortable and appreciated the modern decor and amenities. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the pool, citing issues such as overcrowding, limited access due to private events, and it being open to the public. Despite some negative experiences with the pool and occasional comments about expensive parking, most guests enjoyed their stay and highlighted the hotel's welcoming atmosphere and convenient location.
