Worst breakfast I have ever had at a Hampton Inn and I have stayed at several. They supposedly have a good breakfast on Sunday only not thru the week the attendant said. I asked why does it show the breakfast in lobby with thing not found on buffet. His reply don't matter what lobby has they don' serve it thru the week ! When I checked out they tried to over charge me . Confirmation from booking . Com showed 175.00 they charged 195.00 after challenged the clerk she refunded 19.00
The bed was comfortable and the shuttle made going downtown extremely convenient.
They'll soon be charging for parking.
Great breakfast if you arrive earlier than later. Courtesy bus was very handy and drivers helpfull...especially having a larger family. Great location. Great access to food.
I waited in line art front desk for 10 minutes whilst others checked in then asked for coins for laundry and they couldn't help ...which was frustrating. Staff seemed a bit grumpy till tipped then they were very friendly. Breakfast staff were a bit grumpy and complained about requests made.
The worst experience
I make reservations for 6 peoples and the give me a room for 4 peoples, they don't help me after I'm driving ohio to Nashville
Room was comfortable and clean. Liked having the complimentary breakfast. Shuttle to downtown saved in transportation costs. Staff was courteous and efficient.
