Pros: This charming Bed & Breakfast is located close to the center of town, you can walk just about everywhere. The staff was very personable and helpful. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfy and the linens were amazing. The continental breakfast was filled with lots of delicious homemade goodies. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very nice bed n breakfast. Has great vibes and decor, room was clean, bed was comfortable. They serve a solid continental breakfast in the morning and wine and cheese in the late afternoon. The manager of the property, Madeline, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She helped us navigate the island with great suggestions for things to do and places to go (and had a great music playlist during the day!).

We could not have been made to feel more genuinely welcome at arrival and during our stay. Charlene took great care with every detail and the staff, including those we interacted with at the Daniel Webster House, were completely warm and personable. Great to experience such expressiveness to make customers feel genuinely appreciated. The location is an easy walk from the ferry and a 2-3 minute walk to the heart of downtown.

The location is ideal and we were right in the center of town and able to easily walk to restaurants and stores. The charm of this island is unimaginable. We arrived early morning, and went straight from the airport to the Roberts Collection. I had booked a room in the newly renovated Manor house. It was everything that we could have ever asked for. The courtyard, is idyllic with its blooming hydrangeas and casual seating. Perfect to lounge while having an easy going breakfast. The rooms are clean with simple, but elegant interiors. Staff is very friendly, and everything is super clean. We will definitely return again...

Cons: It was very hard to get the temperature comfortable in my room. I was in the Manor House 2nd floor. With the AC on and the window open it was still too hot.

Cons: The stairs to our room were challenging and fortunately we are both quite fit. physically. they made relaxing in the bed even more special at the end of the day. The outlets in the room were well-worn and we noticed things plugged in would fall out if not propped in place.
