Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing rooms and common areas as dirty, run down, and in need of renovations. Service was also a frequent complaint, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues at check-in. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location, and a few mentioned spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but the location and occasional positive staff interactions were noted.
