Desk attendant at pick up was rude and seemed to like surprising us with fees/deposits instead of explaining things, even when we approached the desk and said good morning and waited to be called up to the desk, instead of just waltzing up and demanding service. We tried to start things off nice since it was 7am, but it was not reciprocated. My brother and I are tall/big guys, and so we try to be extra nice in order to not be scary, and so we are very concientous about our approach with people. We said 'hello' and 'how are you' to the drop off attendant. The drop off attendant said 4 words total: 'Hello,' and, 'Okay, you're good.'2,0 Poor
