At the counter it was great. I had to call customer service; however, and it was terrible. I had to repeat all my information to an automated service and then again twice to customer service. Please, please, please bring you customer care call centers back to the United States. I worked for Tmobile and Americans want to speak to Americans. I was so mad by the end of the call I don't know if I will rent with Budget again.

The price quoted to me was approximately $235 for a one day rental. When my credit card was charged, one day and less than 24 hours later, the total cost was $493.97. It makes me never want to use Budget nor Kayak for a car rental again.

Changed rental car providers at the last moment. The clerk at the desk was very helpful and extremely polite. Car was extremely clean and thoroughly enjoyed. I will be back to use budget again.
