Bad part of town. Facilty in disrepair. Avoid. We canceled both nights and took the hit for cost. We stayed in Ontario instead. Boise a mess to drive through.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the freeway and local amenities. Many found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, with several positive mentions of comfortable beds. However, cleanliness was a major concern for numerous guests, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and sheets. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and some facilities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Very accommodating.
Pros (+) Clean, OK breakfast.
Cons (-) Banging doors in the hall.
Pros (+) Location and helpful staff
Cons (-) Bathroom could have been cleaner
Pros (+) We liked little about our stay
Cons (-) The staff asked us not to get blood all over the room because that that happened twice to others, but not to worry because they didn’t find any dead bodies. The room smelled like weed. The bathtub was full of someone else’s hair. The walls and floors were extremely thin so we heard a guy coughing most of the night and the kids above is running around all night and the next morning.
Pros (+) Not a single thing
Cons (-) The room the first gave us had not been cleaned. Then acted like I lied about the room before giving me another. The second one the tv did not work, bed spread was spotted with who knows what and the shower floor was brown. Hallways looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in days.
