Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city access. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and considered the hotel a good value for the price, especially for short stays. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained carpets, and lack of maintenance. While some found the rooms comfortable and the staff pleasant, the overall impression was mixed due to significant cleanliness issues.

Pros (+) Splits the difference between Oktoberfest and Marienplatz.
Cons (-) Amenities were wan and the walls were thin. Toilet would take multiple flushes.
