Pros (+) Comfortable beds with plenty of room for 2adults and 2 older children. Good breakfast for cost.
Cons (-) Worn furniture. No direction for TV, few operating channels. Major crack in shower that could have caused injury. Shower doors which allowed water to get on floor.
