Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transport. The staff was frequently described as friendly and welcoming, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise, particularly from nearby bars or clubs and the lack of air conditioning. Some guests were disappointed by the limited amenities, such as the absence of a refrigerator, tea kettle, or adequate breakfast options.
