Pros (+) love that there was a fireplace in the room love the balcony even though we didn't use it keurig machine in the room breakfast
Cons (-) needed to pay for parking the regular coffee was watered down the espresso machine, beans were not that great

Pros (+) Breakfast and location were great. Rooms were nice. Underground parking. Friendly staff. Loved the instant coffee/hot chocolate machine.
Cons (-) Found multiple pieces of hair in bed sheets. Hot tub was very dirty and wasn't hot at all on the second night. It was fixed for the next night. No indoor pool but that was ok.

Pros (+) It is in a great location. Staff were amazing and caring. Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Hotel was rundown or at least the room we were in was. There was a room for kids but also not in a great shape. The room given to us was facing the street and above garage door (which none stop opened and closed) staff offered to change our room but after unloading and unpacking with two toddlers who wants to move. The bedsheets even when changed made us all very itchy.. I would expect such an out...
