Cons (-) The room smelled a bit musty and is definitely on a the dated side from a furnishings standpoint. It was one of the few (just) sub $200/night accommodations available on short notice in Moab for our needs. Pros (+) Absolutely nothing. Wouldn’t wish this dump on my worst enemy! Left immeadiately. Still trying to get my money back. Manager was worthless and could care less about our bad experience.
Cons (-) Everything. “Newly renovated” rooms were trashed and looked like they were painted by a toddler. Nothing like they were advertised as. Disgusting floors and furniture. Smelled of mold, frat party puke Fest and dirty hookers. Suspicious stains all over curtains and bedding. Flies in bathroom. Cracked walls and ceiling. Furniture was scratched all to hell.
