Cons (-) The lady working over the weekend was terrible. 1. I waited about 10 minutes to get service to check in. 2. My keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk and waited another 10 minutes for service again. 3. On the Sunday night I went to buy 2 bottles of water from the lobby store. Pros (+) The front desk staff was extremely polite and friendly. Very helpful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and extremely quite. Our rooms were comfortable.
Cons (-) Saw management treatment of employees was very poor. Raised voices and vulgar language towards employees. There were no non slip prevention in our shower and I slipped twice. I requested something be done numerous times and nothing was done. No incedent report was filled for the falls.
