Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and convenient location near restaurants, malls, and hospitals. Many appreciated the recent renovations, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, several guests were disappointed with the breakfast quality and variety, some found the beds too soft or too firm, and a few experienced issues with service, including problems at check-in and with staff communication. Noise from remodeling, gym, and air conditioning units was mentioned, but overall, the hotel was seen as a good value, especially for its cleanliness and updated facilities.
