Pros (+) Breakfast was good for the cost of the rooms. Pool was well maintained. Despite loud neighbors room was still quiet.
Cons (-) The room had a strong mildew smell that was attempted to be remedied by a fragrant spray. I used a backpack as a pillow in place of the hard flat pillows that were provided. I will pay more to stay elsewhere on my next visit to Minot.
