Cons: I stayed in the old part of the hotel. It wasn't my cup of tea, however the ambiance and warmth made up for it. (The sink (stopper had crud surrounding it) and tub surround( soap scum) weren't the cleanest.)

Pros: The room was beautiful. We had a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. We had a very nice person who checked us in. She asked if this was our first time there and gave us ideas for things to do.
Cons: We were unable to really move around the lobby due to so many people so we ended up getting a sandwich and water for a light dinner. I did not expect to pay $33.00 for a cold sandwich. The breakfast in the Club was cold and not tasteful.

Cons: The pillows deflated so your head was resting basically on the mattress, the bathroom was awkward and narrow, and the elevators lurched excessively. We felt like the room wasn't worth what we paid for it, and we even avoided the add on of $23/day parking.

Cons: When booking.com gave me the option to communicate with the hotel, I tried to make arrangements to check in early. I never heard back and had to just hope it would work out for our plans. Also parking was very expensive for a Wisconsin city and given we already paid for a hotel, it seemed like an unnecessary added expense. Especially if a lot of people don't use it, or use it only for a day without staying at the hotel.

Lady at the front desk wearing a Packers jersey was very profesional I love her energy.. We were there for 1 night. We check out on Sunday Nov. 24th. They hide some turkeys in the hotel and if you find one you were able to claim a prize.!!! I truly love this.!!! Can’t wait to go back. Definitely this is going to be our spot every time we visit Milwaukee .

Cons: We were on the dog floor and weren't told. It was on the river but nothing was close by. We wanted to use the pool but it was drained on Saturday. Then when it was refilled, it was cold. No umbrellas to borrow. The staff was so so.

Cons: The room was small and the bathroom needed a little updating. They only offered queen size beds and my husband and I are used to a king. No where in the advertising was the fact that to park in the gated lot (which was very nice) was an additional $15.00. It wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. It would have been tough finding parking on the street on the Saturday night that we stayed. No fan in the bathroom! May not seem like a big deal but after a couple of showers the room was hot and humid.

While you’re there, be sure to grab a drink in the lobby bar and then head to the rooftop terrace for a beautiful nighttime view of the city. Cons: It was a bit loud. Some of the guests were playing loud music and making a bit of a ruckus into late hours. That being said, I didn’t say anything to staff (who, I’m sure would have been helpful). And, we still slept like logs :)

Cons: I know I got a deal on the room through booking.com, but the floor I was on looked like something out of a second rate The Shining movie. It was a floor where people also rent the rooms as apartments so I don’t know if less care was taken for some reason. I have stayed here before, but on lower floors and they were fine. This is an older hotel, which I love, but do not stay on the 8th floor unless you like to be creeped out.

Cons: This was definitely an old hotel, our room had a radiator for heat that was rather noisy. There were also noticeable temperature differences between the lobby, the hallways, and other areas as you walked through the hotel. I could also easily hear people in the hallway/next room. We were also told there was no parking available, but yet the lot had plenty of spaces once we were walking past it after having to find street parking..

Cons: Hot water took a long time to get to the room on the fifth floor. Cleaning staff did not see the coffee maker had been used. Not a huge issue, just annoying. I m recommending this hotel because of the location and the quirkinesses.

Cons: Pay a little more and stay at a nicer hotel. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel/rooms are outdated. The hallways and room had a funky smell. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Tub paint was chipping and it had mold. Just a terrible hotel.
