Pros (+) The staff went out of their way to make us and our pup feel welcome. Aries, the bartender, served us tasty cocktails and spent time talking with us, as she did all of her customers. She and Matt at the front desk gave us some excellent recommendations for food and nightlife and everyone offered our pup treats and hugs. We’ll definitely return.

Cons (-) We booked a river view room but at 3PM the room wasn't available. We had to settle for a courtyard view or wait at least another hour.

Cons (-) There basically is no room. You feel cramped from the moment you arrive and realize you cannot pull up to the door and cannot park. Very casual staff. Maybe the 30 year olds like things this way. We do not. We will not be back.

Pros (+) The showers are nice.
Cons (-) The blinds are really poor. You need thicker blinds to keep the light out. You can't keep the blinds open and expect to have any sort of privacy. The door from the shower to the rest of the room does not seal, so coming out of the shower is freezing. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms. They say the mattresses are firm. There are not firm.

Cons (-) The amount of endless noise in the hallway ALL night. Several parties were screaming from outside to someone staying on our floor.
