Bed comfy, lobby was LIT AF, room was spacious even though I only had a standard king room
Healthier options for breakfast, view from my room we just a bunch of unmaintained land with 6feet y’all weeds
Pet fee and parking are expensive. $75 & $30 respectively
I never even got to check in because my flight was excessively delayed and I didn’t make it to room but was still charged even though I told them the situation
The walls are very thin. My neighbor was watching television at a normal volume, but I could hear it through the walls.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a noisy refrigerator and they quickly sent a maintenance tech with a replacement and he was very cool.
There needs more transparency on parking. When I booked the trip, I was not informed whatsoever that parking is an extra $30 per night. For us, that was a very significant add onto the price and we felt trapped into paying it after driving six hours to visit San Francisco and being ready to begin our visit. The staff was accommodating and lowered it to $20 since we didn’t know, but it was still upsetting. The third party parking company was also unimpressive because they’re card reading system didn’t work. I had to just keep printing tickets to enter the lot and telling an attendant my name and room number to leave. Pretty aggravating when you’re used to parking at hotels for free.
