Pros (+) The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a noisy refrigerator and they quickly sent a maintenance tech with a replacement and he was very cool.
Cons (-) There needs more transparency on parking. When I booked the trip, I was not informed whatsoever that parking is an extra $30 per night. For us, that was a very significant add onto the price and we felt trapped into paying it after driving six hours to visit San Francisco and being ready to begin our visit.
