Pros (+) I was surprised by all the wonderful touches. Fluffy robes, high quality bed linen, big work table, balcony with chairs. I really liked this place. So close to the airport and a great break before a very long trans-Pacific flight.

They have really been proactive on providing things like nice coffee mugs, bathrobes, vanity with mirror. Pros (+) THe Dylan is a small Boutique type hotel but the rooms have been updated and the furniture as well. Glass door shower was very nice. Kept rental car untill last morning and found this very useful to go into Miilbrae for dinner on two occasions. Breakfast is in nice room at the front and a step above Continental. Not noisy although quite close to airport SFO. Would reccomend .

Cons (-) Would be nice to leave my luggage at the front desk for 30 minutes before I left but the manager at 6am said no.
