Bathroom linens were small and light weight. Bath towel would not fit around a large person, and they were barely absorbent. The elevator was not running for most of the time we were there. As we are in our mid 70's and on the 4th floor it was not a pleasant experience. We will say, when we left at 6:30 AM, an attendant cheerfully came to our 4th floor room and carried our 2 large suitcases downstairs. The internet was out from mid-Saturday on and still out when we left Monday morning. Two staff members were excellent. The girl who checked us in Friday afternoon and the young man on duty Monday morning. The weekend staff were not helpful or friendly and seemed completely indifferent to the fact the internet was out and the elevator didn't work. We had to repeatedly asked to try and get any updates. Overall, the worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had.
Pros:The staff was great
Cons:The A/C unit in my room didn't work for two out three days that I spent there, but we were moved to a different room on the second day!
Cons:Would have liked better selections at snack shop......fresh sandwiches, for instance
Pros:Easy access to the airport, and some restaurants.
Cons:Would be nice if it had a swimming pool like most of the hampton hotels.
Pros:Quiet, clean and up to date room. Everything I needed. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed! I was able to check in and request a priority of a quiet room, and that's what I got. Happy customer.
Pros:Very comfortable - staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was good. Overall a very good experience.

Cons:I didn't like the fact that we were dropped off at the wrong location. After being tired from a long flight and the fact that we were on a time frame pissed me off even More. No where at the airport does it say to take the white or black shuttle. Just the hotel name. We even asked someone that worked at the airport and they guided us in the wrong direction. Wasn't the best way to start off our vacation.... The person at the front desk said the only way we could get to the correct Hapton inn was to wait 40 min for the next shuttle to take us back to the airport and get the "white" shuttle. How was I supposed to know what color shuttle to take? No where on any signs nor paper work did it say black or white shuttle. I was not. Going to waist my vacation going bAck and fourth to the Airport. I called the correct city old where the correct HAmpton's inn was And the lady could do nothing for me. And would not accommodate a taxi for the inconvenience we had to go through. I asked to speak to the manager in duty. Guess what? No manager or supervisor on duty either... What kind if business has no one supervising its employees? My husband was so frustrAted and just wanted to get to the right location, we ended up calling a cap and and to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours. Our cab driver even mentioned that we were the second family that day that he had to pick up and drop off at the right location. He said it happens all the time. With a all if the being said. My first time ever of going to San Francisco will probably be my last because that righ there ruined our vacation. Christina
