I liked the service and people were willing to help. I read other reviews but my experience was great and for the price you can’t beat it. There’s also restaurants and cafes down the street within walking distance. Super convenient! I’m staying here again in the future

Pros (+) The front desk staff were efficient and extremely helpful. This is an optimal location for an overnight stay prior to an early departure out of SFO -- the hotel is close to the airport and runs an airport shuttle service, with a shuttle departing every 15 minutes. The facilities are very clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) A potential drawback is that there is a substantial extra charge for parking. (We dropped off our rental car before taking the airport shuttle to the hotel, so this was not a problem for us.)

Pros (+) The only 2 things that I can say that we're positive about our stay was it was quiet, and nice pillows. Everything else was terrible. Every hotel near airport has free shuttle
Cons (-) Hidden parking costs, unfriendly front desk and uncomfortable small rooms. Don't believe the pics they posted (must be old pics) cause our room looked 20 years old...they don't mention it's 25.00 a day to leave your vehicle in the lot, weather you stay 1 night or are gone for 20

Cons (-) Place is very short staffed. Only 2 persons at the desk at night with constant stream of the travelert checking in and checking out, plus non stop calls from rooms or about reservations... i waited in line for over 30 min just to check out!... No toothbrash/toothpaste in the room, which is a shame for an airport hotel and considering the price they charge for a night.
