5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: Needs better quality service from the staff
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Squeaky clean
Cons: The construction of the two buildings next door is a REALLY loud turnoff.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location and cleaningness
Cons: Some of the staff were not friendly enogh for a 4 Star Hotel
5,5 Okay
Pros: location to the beach
Cons: WiFi very very bad or non existent.. food lack of choices
5,0 Okay
Cons: the quality of food was poor. The fact that you could not even invite a friend for drinks at the bar? I understand it is an all inclusive resort, but you should be able to invite friends for drinks at the bar and pay either per consumption or for a day pass. I have been to all inclusive resorts before and that was a first. I paid $325 per day for a Junior Suite which was a joke. Curtains were falling down etc etc
6,3 Good
Pros: The location. The staff. No issues with the hotel staff or breakfast - both very professional.
Cons: The hotel needs to work on the water pressure (non existent) and on the WIFI - both extremely bad for the price. My bathroom shower knobs turned both ways non-stop - so I had to call maintenance to come and turn off the water for me.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Super clean hotel, good WiFi, good breakfast
Cons: Not a beach hotel
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautifull beach and the ocean color
Cons: This hotel right next to the water like ElDorado hotel. Thankfully both hotels have agreement to use their facilities.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was of high standard, rooms are spacious and we received a free upgrade which was awesome. Night shows by the pool and a beer great and reasonably cheap. Staff very helpful and polite, I would go back to this hotel, breakfast was great.
Cons: The one thing I wasn't too pleased is the amount of fried fish, I wish that the fish inhouse was grilled as we had to go out to get the grilled stuff. Not a big issue but since we are near the sea. I think an alternative is always great.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Bathroom clogged and asked them to fix at 3:30pm after 4 times of asking them it was fixed at 12:30 am and not cleaned so toilet was gross.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and the location is perfect, it's right in front of the beach. I went with my partner for a romantic weekend and I really liked the hotel, the shows in the evening were the best bit, incredible choreography and a variety of shows which gave us a little insight into Colombian culture and the history of San Andres
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The hot water in the shower wasn’t working. Facilities were very old and badly maintained. Although all meals were included, the food was not good and there were very few options to choose from. WiFi signal was really slow and inconvenient.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very good location , staff and food
Cons: Needs a bit more maintenance work .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, food, drinks, staff and the shows
Cons: Only have 70% charged to my card and then being asked to pay the 30% when I arrived - it said initially the whole amount would be charged before check in, just caused a little confusion but very minor.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location right in front of the beach Night shows every night
Cons: Bartender & super basic drinks and cocktails Poor variety of food and desserts
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Right in front of Spratt Beach. You can walk out, walk across the street and you are in the middle of everything that is happening in town. The staff is friendly, the buffet is pretty decent. Half Board is a good option. You are not tied down to the property. This is downtown, so if you like a party scene, want to walk down to the beach, grab ice-cream or a beer, everything is accessible to you.
Cons: The rooms were not great. They were small, the bathroom was ok. The TV had lots of static, first level rooms are not the best option. We were told, couples get first level and family rooms were upstairs. The cleaning crew leaves the doors open while cleaning, which all the mosquitoes congregate in your room by the time you get back from the beach. The pool is basic. Beds were not so comfortable. Even though we put a "do not disturb" sign, our room was entered and cleaned regardless. That was not comforting. I would overall still stay, and make sure I get a room on the second level with a balcony.
7,0 Good
Pros: It had good location right in front of the beach and shopping area
Cons: It is overpriced for its real value, the location is good but it gets really noisy at night, and the alcohol they use for drinks and cocktails are very cheap quality
7,0 Good
Cons: Food options
4,5 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfy.
Cons: No hot water in the shower, the toilet was working 1 day on 2. The room was really small. The WiFi didn’t work.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. On ocean. Large rooms. Good selection of foods.
Cons: All was good.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: A variety of options!
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff, food & locations
Cons: A bit worn down. Windows & doors wouldn’t properly close, so loud at times.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Location was very close to the beach and main shopping streets.
Cons: Simply not worth the money. Would have gotten a 6 for half the price. Some examples below: 1) Wi-Fi is very weak, almost never working. 2) rooms are poorly maintained and furnished. 3) lightning in the bathroom is insufficient. 4) food is definitely not worth the money. We stopped having dinner there after the second night. And there is no option to book without half board. 5) staff could not speak English in most cases. They sold us a snorkeling trip on the day of our checkout saying that we would be back at 12PM (checkout at 1PM). At the dock, we found out that actually the trip was ending at 1:30PM. We asked the hotel if it was OK to check out an hour later and they claimed we had to pay the full amount for late checkout (half the price of an extra night!). Not flexible at all.
6,0 Good
Pros: The food was excellent. Breakfast and Dinner was provided. The staff was super.
Cons: They had some strange rule that if you wanted your towels changed, you had to put your dirty towels in the wash basin. The only problem is that it took us 4 days to find out about the rule. I had to ask for clean towels 4 different times.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, staff is always willing to serve. facilities are great and there is the advantage to use the pool in the other hotel locations. Food was amazing and variate every day.
Cons: n.a
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is superb. It is right at the center of the island. It is very near many restaurants and the beach. We were able to use the facilities of the other Sol Caribe hotels for free. There is a free transport that brought us to the beach and the other Sol Caribe hotel. Our package had free breakfast and dinner. The food is very good. For dinner, you can generous servings of free wine.
Cons: The room we got didn't allow us to open the windows and so we felt congested. We wanted to breathe in fresh air and not rely on the aircon for air. The wifi is slow, but this didn't matter much to us.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Splendid view over the island from upper floor rooms. Surprisingly good buffet dinner which was included in the price. Location is good, staff is friendly
5,5 Okay
Pros: Location. 2nd room was fine. First was an ugly joke. 401 fine. 203 awful.
Cons: Check in staff rude and bitchy
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is really great (all of them are always available for help in gentle way). The coffee-break has a lot of options (fruits, juice, egg, types of bread, etc etc) and dinner is OK. The location is amazing: right in the center!
Cons: The shower has some problems cause during the bath we got temperature variations in the water (even without touching the tap).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room large clean confortable. The bed wonderful. The food, too good
Cons: Perfect everything.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Broken doors, Poor cleaning,

Nestled on the beach, this San Andres property is within 3 mi (5 km) of San Luis Beach, El Cove, and Rocky Cay. El Hoyo Soplador Geyser and Big Pond Lagoon are also within 3 mi (5 km).
4,5 Okay
Pros: Over the road from the beach
Cons: Way overpriced for what you get
4,3 Okay
Pros: Not very much
Cons: The first room they assigned us was horrible, with humidity, the smell of confinement and the window could not be opened because there was a smell of sewage. Then we claim and move to a better room, although it is not worth the money we paid for the hotel. Transportation to the center VERY expensive and was not included. The very ugly drinks and the beach is not what it seems in the photo.

5,8 Okay
Pros: The location is good.
Cons: It's a weird hotel in the sense that only the lobby it's new but the rest it's old and kinda moldy, its like they don't have things figured out, they told us they had room service but there's no menu on their rooms, and when we called the restaurant they said they don't bring food up to the rooms because of the cockroaches, so we were like wait, you have cockroaches? They ended up sending food but with no tray. There drunk people blasting music with their portable speaker everywhere but the staff doesn't say anything. In conclusion I don't think its with the money we paid.
3,0 Mediocre

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great location, very good breakfast. Stayed here 4 different times on vacation. Newly renovated
5,0 Okay
Pros: The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel, some of the staff was friendly and some was not at all. The location was good but very noisy all night long. The ocean was nice and warm,
Cons: I was disappointed with the rooms. The front door was insecure with a simple locking knob and no deadbolt. The windows worthy filthy and the frame on on was coming off. There was pounding all day long from the room above. The breakfast was boring with cut up hot dogs, undercooked eggs and some fruit. I think that the hotel was very old and in need of a face lift.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good food
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was the only thing we liked. nothing else.
Cons: We paid a lot of money to stay and the service was very poor. Pool and bar closes at 6pm. Some of the staff were very rude to us and my family. Bathrooms not working properly. No hot water.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The property itself is beautiful in a nice location
Cons: Customer service was poor, since my Check In that was a nightmare.
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: The location and the sea view from the deck.
Cons: Everything is designed to be unconfortbale. Worst checking process I have ever seen. Every activity, like meals, snacks etc have strict schedules. Staff is not as polite as in bogota or Cartagena. Food is ok, not wonderful. Open bar is crappy, there are no fresh juices available. Facilities are old.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the staff
Cons: They need to make a renovation
4,8 Okay
Pros: Nice and long deck over the sea, easy access to swim and excellent water views.
Cons: Didn't like the food, impossible to get reservations to one of the three (menu) restaurants -you'll need to wake up at 6:30am to make a line for an hour to reserve- so you'll be stuck with buffet, rooms don't feel clean enough, too much noise at the hotel. If you want a peaceful place to relax and eat well/healthy, this is not the place.

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The ONLY thing I liked about this hotel was the location.
Cons: The hotel was a total DUMP! Definitely not worth the price paid.
6,8 Good
Pros: Best view on San Andres.
Cons: The Hote tries to be a 5 star international experience. It is not. We visisted 15 years ago where the prices were more reasonable. With a price, more expensive that the Bogoto Grand Hyatt, one would expect more. No wifi in the rooms. Not always warm water in the shower. We even experienced no water at all. Breakfast buffet was OK but certainly not 5 star.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good and staff there were awesome!
Cons: 1-They didn't give us the opportunity to tip for good service(s) because it was already included in the cheque and, the most ridiculous thing happened during the check out, when they included another imposed "tip" for our stay. 2-Bathroom flushing didn't work until they came to fix it; it went back down after half day. 3-The fridge mas missing in our room and they never put it back (It was hot; we should have asked to change the room).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got a room with a view of the ocean and pool. Just breathtaking.
Cons: Nothing.
5,5 Okay
Pros: The Rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable. The Buffet is not worth the money. The food was very disappointing and cold. I would not stay here again because of the food, the food is cheap and nasty and they serve you like a prisoner and guard the food. They also have bad service when providing you drinks. Drinks are small and watered down.
Cons: The Rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable. The Buffet is not worth the money. The food was very disappointing and cold. Pros: Thankful for the nice front desk staff that stated they got us an upgraded room. Food was included making it okay, although was only decent.
Cons: We were not allowed to check in until exactly 3:00 pm, no early check in options, despite a day of traveling. Also, there is NO wifi anywhere except the lobby in which it is terrible wifi there also. None in the room or the pool.

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The white building is charmant.
Cons: Super unfriendly staff. They never smile. The rooms are smelling and not clean. Shower only cold water and really not clean. The soap was mixed with water I think. The bed was horrible. They put a triple layer matras. See the picture. We could not sleep. The breakfast was not good. When it rains the water come into the room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself was beautiful and the details in my room were exceptional. The pool area was nice. The weather wasn't great when I was there so it weighed a bit on my opinion but the palm trees and Indian/Turkish decor was inviting.
Cons: The towels smelled like gas! It got worse as the days progressed - it made for an unpleasant experience in an otherwise beautiful room. And there was no hot water in the shower and on top of it, the water smelled badly. I do understand that San Andres does not have the best water treatment but the towels were unacceptable. Would I go back? Maybe. because the surroundings were that beautiful.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is very far from restaurants.
5,0 Okay
Pros: They have a nice outdoor area. Breakfast was good.
Cons: I got there and I found a lot of hair on the bed and between the sheets, suggesting they didn’t change bedsheets between guests. There was pee on the toilet seat and hair on the shower from previous guests. I don’t think they cleaned my room at all. The hotel is not close to downtown. There are no lunch and dinner options near the hotel, so you have to walk 15/20 minutes every time you need to eat.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very beautifull decorated hotel and room. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: No Bar at evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is an awesome place, was my second time there and I loved it again, I highly recommend this place.
7,5 Good
Pros: The front desk staff and the ladies that served the breakfast were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us booking a cart to tour the island, taxis, even ordering a pizza for dinner one night. Our room was roomy and the bed comfortable. I actually got the room I saw on the pictures, no fake pictures! The building is beautiful!
Cons: The swimming pool was a bit dirty, I had to clean it few times before going in. The breakfast food was a bit repetitive, you get bored after eating the same thing 3-4 times. The room looked clean, but I noticed the cleaners did not moved furniture to clean the floor, I saw the same pieces of dirt for my entire stay.

Pros: worse experience I have ever have
Cons: horrible hotel!!! I don't know how a hotel like that can be in booking.com, rude staff, they turn off the water at different schedules during the day, they also turn the light off, the food is practically the same every day, the pool for adults doesn't work, the building is in very bad conditions the kids pool is extremely dirty my sister got a skin infection. When we first arrive to the hotel they gave us the key of a room that was already taking by other people, good thing we are honest people because the other people had everything in their room, no remote control for the tv or the AC, extremely far from everything and the transportation in taxi is expensive, they have a bus stop in front of the hotel which is less expensive but it takes an hour to get to the center of san andres which in taxi is only like 15 mins. no wifi they tell you they do have but it doesn't work. you have to leave the key for the room in reception every time you leave, well that what we did and we went to the beach when we came back they tell us that the need it a replacement key so they took our key with out letting us know we ended up waiting about 2 hours to enter our room, we didn't hear a sorry from them I travel with a baby of 2 he was falling to sleep all full in sand, in conclusion is a very horrible hotel, that booking.com should take it out of their website, and just to finish up you cant even confirmed your stay in the hotel with the hotel itself because they have a CELL-PHONE LINE instead of a LAND LINE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!
