Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly service, and spacious rooms. However, many were disappointed by the deteriorated and poorly maintained facilities, lack of cleanliness in some areas, and amenities that did not meet expectations. While some enjoyed the pool and private beach, others noted these areas also needed maintenance. Overall, the hotel offers a great setting and attentive staff, but improvements in upkeep and amenities are needed.
