Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to the airport and central areas. Several reviewers highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of most staff members. However, there are repeated complaints about service issues, such as slow or insufficient attention at the buffet, unclear information at reception, and problems with reservations and billing. The value for price is questioned by multiple guests, who feel the all-inclusive offering does not meet expectations, especially regarding food variety and drink quality. Cleanliness and breakfast receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting areas for improvement.
