10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff went above and beyond to please guests! We loved the common areas. The place sparkled and it even smelled great!! Room was very very clean, and we are quite particular about cleanliness in hotels. Beds were SO amazingly comfortable!! We stayed only one night, for daughter's sports competition, wish it could have been longer. Also, breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold items, fulfilling and they had something for everyone, and it's free!! Loved this hotel -- we will be back!!
Cons: The only tiny thing we noticed was that the pool towels weren't stocked for the amount of guests with young people staying in the hotel on this particular weekend. Wish it had a hot tub!! Not much else to complain about, which is rare for us picky folks. This is a terrific property, well maintained, beautiful grounds, clean and friendly!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms was very clean & big! Breakfast included is always a bonus. Would stay again. Checked in on a Friday evening. The man at the front desk was very helpful with ideas for dinner. I find it refreshing because some of my travels have a restaurant in the hotel & the only place they suggest is in the hotel. This hotel does not have a restaurant but breakfast was very yummy!
Cons: The book in the room had a list of restaurants you could go to. However, there was no addresses or what type of restaurant it was. I like to try local places & not go to chain restaurants that I can find everywhere.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The whole hotel was very clean, everything was pristine. Every employee was helpful and kind, making the stay welcoming and comforting. The breakfast in the morning was great with more than enough options. There isn't too much to say, in all honesty. This is a great hotel that offers a superb experience. I recommend this for all.

Pros: Everything was smooth and perfect !
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really great, the lobby is clean. The breakfast was perfect and well stocked. Really good shower pressue! I would return
Cons: The room was dark, small window for such a large room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were professional, helpful and polite. The general appearance of the hotel was of a good standard being clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel.
Cons: I had no issues with any aspects of this hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great 24 hour customer service, good breakfast.
Cons: The pool wasn't maintained as well as it could've been. We had to request towels each time and for the filter to be turned on. Also, our housekeeper didn't clean our room thoroughly. She would leave a lot of trash we couldn't fit into their tiny trash bins instead of disposing of it. She also seemed to do the bare minimum with each cleaning and didn't replace items we used as is customary.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean room and excellent service.
Cons: Limited parking due to construction.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: They did NOT have an indoor pool. They were extremely apologetic and very accommodating with EVERYTHING. They said the information on our third party booking site was incorrect. VERY disappointing since that is why we chose this place but- not their fault.
Cons: That booking.com had the indoor pool wrong :(

10,0 Excellent
Cons: Great hotel
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Event Saturday night . No parking for hotel guests when returned to Hotel at 9:30pm.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It is next to a small lake with a walking trail.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The shower leaked bad. The only thing “fancy” was coffee stirrers. For $200 a night, the “vip lounge” breakfast should be free. Oh wait, the break fast was lame. Also, the lounge is on the 7th floor, so if you are on the 6th floor, you have to insert your room key card into the elevator to gain access, but by the time the key card works and you push “7”, the elevator goes all the way down to the first floor to get people. Don’t stay here. A $90 Comfort Inn is WAY better. Actually, sleeping in your car is better. My stay was a total of 4 hours, and I was disgusted at the quality.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The convenience to the highway and the surrounding stores and shops
7,1 Good
Pros: Our room (432) had flooded presumably from the AC unit. Walker (checked us in & responded to our 1st front desk call) was not the nicest guy. He seemed to be in a bad mood from check in on... Matthew the manager who then came on was incredibly helpful! you were full due to Parents weekend and the only alternative room was a handicapped one and a step down category wise. We took it as the water had gotten worse in the carpet and were comped the 1st night. Matthew handles the situation so well even though we were disappointed in the room we ultimately ended up in. We are Bonvoy members and have stayed at your property several times a year since 2011.
Cons: Some of the staff were less than accommodating.
7,1 Good
Pros: the Staff was very helpful
Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets were not comfy

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, nice room, friendly and polite staff.
Cons: Food at restaurant was overpriced and not very good. Water pressure wasn’t great.

Pros: The room was beautiful and I loved the shower
Cons: The elevator was far from my room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very comfortable bed, pleasant atmosphere overall. The lounge where they serve breakfast is nice.
Cons: I can't stand the "modern" sliding glass door they have on the bathroom. It provides no seal, so that others in the room have to hear your business on the toilet. It also lets all the light through, so at night it disturbs the other person sleeping.

6,0 Good
Pros: The room was updated and the breakfast great. There was a perfect variety of foods to choose from. Sonething for everyone.
Cons: I'm not sure if the employee at the check-in counter had a long day, but her attitude wasn't very positive. She seemed inconvenience and she wasn't friendly at all. I asked a few questions and received 1 word answers. The gentleman at the counter was nice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything was perfect
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was very pleasant and helpful, despite the challenges posed by the on-going gutting of the hotel interior.
Cons: The renovations being done at the hotel were severely downplayed in the hotel description when the booking was made, and did not accurately represent the current state of the hotel (nor did the pictures of the hotel which were presented on the website).
7,9 Good
Pros: It was beautiful.
Cons: There were problems with the heat and ac. They were addressed in a timely manner; however I did experience discomfort the the first 2-3 days.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: I pulled the sheets back to get in bed and there was what appeared to be make-up all on the sheets in addition to pubic hair. I called the front desk and someone came to my room and handed me sheets and walked away. What? I had to change my own sheets at an Embassy. There was children also sprinting around outside for hours. In the morning we found out that a child climbed the interior balconies from the 7th floor to the 2nd floor. I felt like I was staying at a Super 8. It was embarrassing to me because I also bought a room for my parents who were traveling with us. The night before I had explained all the perks of staying at an Embassy to my parents. Well, I spoke too soon. Upon checking out I asked to speak with a manager and explained my experience and the manager was "you had to change your own sheets?" I told her yes. She was like what can I do for you? What did she want me to say? Make it right. You are the manager. You are responsible for your guest's experience at your establishment. You have been appointed manager for a reason, do not ask me what you can do for me, just make it right.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Nice desk staff
Cons: The hotel was under renovation..no one indicated that when I booked the room ..it wa very loud... ax did not work first night. Very disappointed for an embassy suites hotel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice interiors and decor for an older hotel, but needs a little TLC here and there as noticed by some chipping in places in the room. But otherwise, it was very clean. The breakfast buffet is awesome, and leaves nothing to be desired.
Cons: The mattresses were definitely not that great compared with other places we stayed at (which were generally also less expensive). And the pull out sofa is borderline. Not recommended for more than one night. Our booking also promised a room with a balcony, but when I mentioned this at reception the next morning, it was casually glossed over. Expected a little more for the type of accommodation this aspires to be. Overall, these are minor details, and this place is more than fine if you're looking to spend a night.
7,9 Good
Pros: Everything else was good
Cons: The room was to hot..because the Air conditioning was turned off the technician cane ice to turn it on
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Throughout the night constant running up and down the hall. Noisy rooms. Staff was unable to solve the situation.
6,0 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Ongoing, loud renovation work, even in off hours.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Staff
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past and the staff is always friendly, responsive and professional. The suites are true suites with two separate rooms, a bedroom and a living room area divided by a door. Both rooms have their own TV and plenty of space. Breakfast with made to order omelettes and evening reception make it special.
Cons: The people in the suite above me were incredibly noisy for about an hour but eventually settled down.

Pros: didn't eat breakfast, menu sounded great

Pros: This hotel offers the quintessential Southern style experience with its brick facade and timber backside access. The furnishing adds to the charm, but everything is done up lovely and you feel very comfortable.
7,0 Good
Pros: Room was nice, quite, convenient
Cons: Parking was an issue
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmospheric decor. Quaint connected row houses with courtyard and balcony reminded us of new Orleans. The restaurant is fantastic! Excellent food, great little curated wine list.
Cons: They told us parking across the street would get us towed after 7am and to park around the corner instead. We did, and still got towed at 7 am!!! Had to pay $105, plus taxi fare, plus tip!!! Barely got to airport in time. So you're basically forced to use their valet parking for $18 (plus tip), so add that to the daily charge. They dont list coffe among amenities (like an iron), so I had to call them. They have a Keurig, but bring your own pods for decent coffee. Also they said coffee is available at the restaurant but there is ZERO mention of a restaurant on their website. Bad bed, little support and metal banging sound with movement.
6,0 Good
Pros: Loved the history and ambience
Cons: The room above our room was so loud, making it hard to sleep and it was just them walking around I think. The floor/ceiling was just too thin I think. The hotel has so much potential, just needs updating and a good designer
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk staff and others working there were extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: No airport shuttle. The ad promised a shuttle but it only travels within 2 miles of the hotel. no restaurant or bar. Apparently coming soon. my hotel room wall had a very large crack with wallpaper hanging off it. The room was not properly vacuumed.
1,0 Poor
Cons: Manager don’t know how to treat their customers after all they are in hospitality business. Manager needs more training to deal with customers and hospitality.
