You get what you pay for. Cheap rate, good simple stay close to airport. Check in smooth and friendly. Room was well worn with more attention needed (maintenance and cleaning) to bathroom. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) Absolutely nothing, will never use kayak again. As for the hotel it was filthy, the staff were dirty and half didn’t speak English.
Cons (-) Kayak said there was rooms available then booked us through a 3rd party who refused to issue a refund. After 3 hours refund we were told they would issue us a refund. The hotel was fully, lots of things were broken, there were homeless people living in the business center, most of the staff looked high or drunk and dirty. It was a scene from a movie.

Cons (-) There was no wash clothes in our wash room but the issue was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.
