Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport and local attractions. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, and several appreciated the cleanliness and attentive housekeeping staff. However, there were recurring complaints about service at the front desk, with some guests experiencing rude or unhelpful staff and issues with billing or deposits. Cleanliness was generally positive but some noted problems with old carpets, moldy smells, or rooms needing deeper cleaning. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and room size, but service and maintenance could be improved.

You get what you pay for. Cheap rate, good simple stay close to airport. Check in smooth and friendly. Room was well worn with more attention needed (maintenance and cleaning) to bathroom. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable.

Poor

Pros (+) Absolutely nothing, will never use kayak again. As for the hotel it was filthy, the staff were dirty and half didn’t speak English.
Cons (-) Kayak said there was rooms available then booked us through a 3rd party who refused to issue a refund. After 3 hours refund we were told they would issue us a refund. The hotel was fully, lots of things were broken, there were homeless people living in the business center, most of the staff looked high or drunk and dirty. It was a scene from a movie.
