There were no coat hangers in the room. The room was crumbling, furniture was missing, the internet didn't work, there was one towel! Everything was shop worn and there was no food for blocks. The lady at the front desk was very kind and so was the security guard.

Cons (-) To start, when I arrived to reception front desk clerk leaned over front desk taking to a coworker and didn't even bother in acknowledge my existence for at least 7 minutes. Room, what can I say... dog hair all over the carpet, human hair on the bed and every corner of the bathroom. Pros (+) Free shuttle to cruise staff was great but the picture of there room looked very new it was run down but ok for a short stay i booked a double bed and was given a queen

Pros (+) Room was nice and bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The internet router serving the room did not work, so there was no WiFi in the room. I phoned the desk and they were not helpful. The breakfast room was supposed to be open at 6:30 am, but the desk told me in the morning that they wouldn't open until 7:15 or 7:30. I took the shuttle to the airport at 7 am and ate there.

Pros (+) Location, convenient to airport. Has shuttle buses to /from airport (should run more often, only run every half hour).
Cons (-) Overwhelmed staff at front desk. Phone rang incessantly and was never answered. When I said it looks like you are busy, she said it was like this “every night”. Bed covers were stained and torn. Light shade was torn. One elevator out of service and many elevator lights were burned out. Cracked floor tiles. Dust and debris in corners.
