Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring downtown and accessing public transport. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Value for price was a major concern, as guests felt the hotel was overpriced given its poor condition, lack of amenities, and extra charges. Service received mixed feedback: some found the staff helpful, while others experienced unresponsiveness or unhelpful attitudes. Noise from construction, other guests, and external sources was also a frequent complaint, detracting from the overall experience.

Joel, Sept 2017
Pros (+) The staff and pillows
Cons (-) It smelled like cat urine. Some understanding that they got hit by hurricane but it doesn’t explain the first room they gave us had not been cleaned yet. The second one had no internet or cable. And the whole building needs refurbished inside and out.
