Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the port and local attractions. However, there were widespread complaints about the elevators, with many mentioning frequent breakdowns, long wait times, and only one working elevator for many floors. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful or rude. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, particularly regarding room maintenance and common areas. Overall, while the location is a strong point, operational and maintenance issues significantly impacted guest experiences.

No hangers in closet. No washcloths. When staff brought these items after we went out for the day they left our room open. Door wasn’t even closed all the way.

Pros (+) The bed was supper comfortable The best sleep
Cons (-) The wifi was very poor in our room, very frustrating. I think a mini fridge in the room could be something they should add especially if your stay is more then 3days. The room was great just like the picture on the website but the bathroom I must say was very very small not showing on the website.
