Front desk staff great.
Spa, gym under construction. They had security guards on each floor lobby, sometimes chatty.
the only problem I had was it smelled like mold an
I loved the food and the staff ,pool area very nice.
Room Only
If all you're looking for is somewhere to sleep this is fine the room was good newly refurbished and fairly clean bed comfortable
Apart from a small bistro in the lobby and bar snacks by the pool there is no where to eat. I was looking forward to breakfast outside by the pool but there are no Restaurent facilities. The movie channels did not work and the minibar in the bedroom was never replenished.
Fantastic!
Very clean, fantastic decor but room was bit small. (Expected since the hotel is in prime location) Loved bathroom settings and amenities - robes were provided. The hotel location is super and beach in front of the hotel was amazing. Best hotel staff members - both front desk and valet. Breakfast was simple and pleasant. The pool was closed due to roof installation when I was there.
Carpet in the room was worn off. I wouldn't say it was dirty because I think the lightness of the carpet color made it easy to look aged.
Had one of the best girls getaway in a while! Shlborne staff was super friendly and helpful access to the beach was great and the pool was just amazing
Comfortable beds and pillows. Luxurious rooms. Walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff.
$40 per night for valet parking
Great location. Close to everything and on the bea
Cool bar with interesting drink concoctions.
Call well in advance for valet. It takes them awhile to get your car because it's parked offsite.
Luxury hotel with an excellent location with great amenities. The staff were extremely professional and seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction.
We were very disappointed that the pool closes nightly at 7 p.m. This seemed odd with the Miami heat and the fact that it does not even get dark until about 9 p.m.
The location
Poor lighting , hotel seem very old
I stayed only one night. This motel the water preshier was highand low ,there was no drain fitting in the tub..no waether striping wind was howeling threw the door. The pool area looked 30 years old.
Location was good, friendly stuff and nice pool area.
Unclean fitted carpet in a room, I expected flagstone floor which I saw in a picture.
The room was very large, clean and the bed ok. The hotel is very clean. The pool is ok. I enjoyed my stay in Miami in this hotel.
The noise in the other rooms, with the doors!
We liked Chris at the fron tdesk. He new he was in a substandard hotel but we told him that he should be someplace worthy of his effort!
The two rooms we eneded up having were both very dated and old.
It's location
Virtually everything. The room was tired, the closet was disgusting, the drawers were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting.
Hotell staff, access to beach, shopping
Pool not working, internet not working
Nothing at all
The hotel is dirty unkempt and a disgrace - do not use it
