Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for events, city access, and local attractions. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with some highlighting recent renovations. While staff were described as friendly and accommodating by several guests, others experienced issues with service, such as lack of information at reception and a negative laundry experience. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some enjoying it and others disappointed by quality or value. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted areas needing improvement.
