The view from our room was good.The minibar was filled well & a good selection.
Check in was dreadful! In room telephone call to reception/operator was hopeless.No help at all from the female on the other end of conversation.Our room was tired & drab.

Perfect location for our night out comfy beds staff on reception very friendly
It was very expensive just for a room I wouldn’t consider it as 5 star we only had one towel a very drippy Tap few big stains on the carpet ! Rubbish hairdryer ! We rang down the night before for towels and milk but had to ring again next morning as they were a no show not sure I would stay again sorry

They shower didn't work - we ordered extras for a birthday treat package..they charged us but only did half the display - the staff were not helpful and the TV didnt work

Shower seal was broken so bathroom flooded Bad choice in pillows I must say Carpets were filthy and stained Parking was meant to be discounted I paid £25.50! Lighting in room was very low so good job I had my make up done professionally at home as I wouldn’t of been able to do it. I’m very disappointed in the hotel in general for the cost of it as it was mine and my boyfriends anniversary and it wasn’t a pleasant stay.
