Pros (+) Very clean rooms, easy check in process and great breakfast. Close to a train station and the main shopping district. They even let me check in (very) early when I just asked to store my bag !
Cons (-) Room was smaller than most U.S. sized hotel rooms. Not a problem for me, but something to note if you are used to or seeking a larger room.

Pros (+) Staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Couldn't find any faults anywhere with this hotel. It is the second time I have stayed here and if I am ever visiting Manchester again this is the hotel I will be staying in!
