The room rates
The staff and the idea that only 2 adults can stay in a room that if you have a child over 16 they are not able to share a room but there is enough room for this to happen with a sofa bed. Very misleading
Room was as usual very spacious, comfortable and clean. No need to wait for checking-out. Easy as placing the room card into a glass box.
Check in was somewhat different... on a high table and laptop out of the front desk while other members of staff were counting some receipts. Just found it a bit weird.
Convenient location close to conference centre. Quick check-in and check-out.
Not enough clean towels and not replaced after first day. No dressing gown and when I requested one, I was told that's only for executive rooms (not standard). That's a bit rich when you pay nearly £250 per night for a standard room!
Location was very good room good staff good. We did not have breakfast on this occasion , could not justify £27 for 2 for breakfast even though it was city center, Eggs bacon ect cost the same city center or suburbs, staff add a little, but a bit over the top.
Breakfast good, roo. Clean, games for children downstairs
