We loved the ambience
Air con so we can close the windows as the area was a little noisy at night.
The people in the next room making noise all night and morning. Tv blurring away and both drunk and falling over. Couldn’t get through to reception so had to go down personally. No refund was made and all they said was sorry
The room was a fair for the price paid, but I wouldn’t want to pay any more for what was on offer.
Bit of rust around the bath made it feel unclean (although I know it was clean) and ceiling paper coming off over seating area. Could do with a USB port in the room & many other hotels offer free guest WiFi not limited to 20mins
All staff are very friendly and accommodating and will try to go the extra mile for you with any requests you may have.
Food at the hotel isn’t amazing, there are plenty of other places nearby though as the hotel is in a fabulous central location.
The building is old fashioned but very fascinating. My daughter love the room decorations.
There was some licking around the toilet, the shower was not working and we couldn't not sleep from 3am because there was so much noise from other rooms. Someone seems sick and vomiting and making so much uncomfortable noise over the night. My young daughter was so upset.
