Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transport. The breakfast generally received positive remarks for its quality and variety, and many guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Several reviews noted good value for the price, and some appreciated the spacious rooms. However, there were recurring concerns about cleanliness, noise, outdated facilities, and occasional issues with safety and service, but these did not overshadow the positive aspects for most guests.

Very good
Tracey, Feb 2019
Pros (+) Great location in the centre of the city and only a 10 min walk from Manchester Picadilly station. Single room very spacious, though a bit worn. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean including the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was a choice of continental or a full english. The staff were helpfull and friendly.
Cons (-) The choice of cold meat at the breakfast could have been better and the plates were about the size of a side plate. But for a budget hotel in the centre I think these are very minor points.
