The hotel has adapted well to the current climate. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and nice.
I understand that providing meals is difficult now, and I think they've done a great job at adapting. The croissants weren't great though, very dry, some butter or jam or anything with them would have been nice than just a dry croissant by itself as it wasn't very nice so went uneaten. Shame to waste food. There was someone else's hair in the shower which wasn't pleasant but easily washed down the drain with the shower. I would also like to mention, that when I went to the toilet, there were quite a few dead flies floating in it which was very bizarre but flushed away fine. There was also very little shower gel/body wash as it leaked into the shower but I could use the stuff by the sink so not a major problem.
Rally great sense of 'feel; in this hotel - unexpectedly (for me, at least) stylish without being in any way false. Love it - and the staff were all super helpful, A very short walk to Manchester Piccadilly station
Honestly, not much.
The staff were kind and very understanding, we were traveling for my mothers funeral. Both Maria and kasha ( reception/front of house) are excellent Ambassadors for the hotel and the Group. I wish I could deal With people like them all the time .so professional and considerate, really treating people as individuals Which is so important. Hotel is in a great location so central to everything in Manchester.
The View from our room. This wasn’t important , as the security and cleanliness were excellent and far more important ,although pillows aren’t comfortable I found them too hard ( just personal preference there). That’s an issue the hotel could address. The hotel and its staff were Just great.
City center location. Clean and tidy
Microwave and locker to be available in rooms
Location, great and efficient staff.
A little bit noisy - other guests knocking on the door and generally rowdy.
We've teamed up with the Jamboree Foodfest & Bar to offer our guests international cuisine, extensive drinks options and a friendly welcome, well into the wee hours. And, come the morning, our unlimited, diverse breakfast spread (included in your room rate) gets you more than prepared to greet the day. Add in a relaxed noon check-out, power showers in every room and witty design touches throughout, and you're guaranteed a stay like no other, just minutes from the liveliest pockets of Manchester.
