Pros: Charmingly perfect location!
Cons: Mosquitoes and fly things (don’t know the name!). Proper screening by the Hotel, but be prepared when outside!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 6 nights for a relaxing break following 4 days in the hills at a family wedding, The hotel is right on the lake with beautiful views. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and plenty of room. The room was clean has a small fridge, which is handy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant on-site too, nice one across the road too. Only downside is there is about a 10 to 15 mins walk into town to other hotels & bars in the evening. Worth the walk though as it's a nice little town with a pretty medieval area.
Cons: Our room didn't have a fly screen so we did get a few mozzies in at night. My sister's room did have one!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff in the hotel were welcoming and professional we could not have asked for more. The location was perfect for us it was relaxing and outstandingly beautiful to look out on the lake every day. We loved that the hotel offered free use of bicycles to ride into town it was a lot of fun. So glad we came to this hotel and this part of Italy.
Cons: I have no dislikes.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Large room with opening skylights. Comfortable bed and quiet. The villages around the lake are lovely to visit.
Cons: All good..

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with Le Terra di Isa: The buildings, the surroundings, and the owners. They were so warm and helpful (advice for restaurants and places to visit), brought us fresh berries, which also appeared in cake and jam the next morning! The rooms were elegant and homey, and very clean. There is a small pool, outdoor exercise equipment and walking paths. We enjoyed exploring the area, and coming back "home".
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay with kids! Kids liked the pool, quiet surroundings and very beautiful views. Breakfast was great, owners and staff was most friendly and helpful and cared for ecological footprint. Good olive oil as their own product! Would like to go again! They suggested a very good restaurant also.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.they spoke English and recommended places to see as well as restaurants. The room was beautiful and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and had local produce and homemade bread and yams. We loved it! The pool was refreshing and very quiet.
Cons: The only thing is the drive up a gravel road and you might need to look twice to actually find it but it didnt really bother us and we had fun on this little adventure.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice host, peaceful place, delicious breakfast
Cons: The swimming pool was not open in May. We had a little child and booked the place because of the swimming pool.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The owners & staff could not have been more helpful.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the authenticity of the location and the quietness. Breakfast buffet.
Cons: We stayed here for 10 nights in July, but probably with the wrong expectations. - we expected : an agrotourismo bio/organic with quality facilities for the modern traveller. -we got : a location that is called an agrotourismo bio but when looking closer, nothing is. we got a room in the back, with lots of closets but not useable since no place to put our clothes on (only to hang), front side of the room (terrace) hasn't been cleaned for the duration of our stay, neither the floor in our room. Room walls had a lot of stains of humidity so we had to leave the humidifier on the whole time, brochures where not updated (some ended dec 31 2018), very small shower (80cmx60cm), almost no wifi (and very slow speed) breakfast was everyday the same (during 10 days we had the same food everyday what a shame with such a rich Italian cuisine). Eggs were cooked differently everyday. No consistency. Indeed, the staff and owners are very friendly. And they expect you to tell them what is wrong so they can act. Unfortunately that is not what we want to do while on holidays. We expect a place like this to be run by a professional team with consistent quality and quality controls. A cooking class for breakfast preparations as well as a cleaning control. Maybe a check at competitors might do the trick for this location : to see how it can work (the mix of Italian authenticity and modern comfort and standards). Or maybe selling it all together, as we discovered on a website, the place is for sale.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The fact that the accomodation is biological, the surroundings (on a Hill, in nature, beautiful 1 hour walk to the lake), Alessandra and Claudio are super hosts. The small fridge in the room is very nice.
Cons: You need a car to visit other places (like towns, lake or supermarket)

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect so peaceful and the staff looked after us so well.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very spacious room with a balcony and a small table and chairs. There is a nice pool on the property but it was closed when we were there. The breakfast and breakfast room were very nice. They make great coffee!
Cons: The hotel is on a busy road so there is road noise if you leave the balcony doors open. If the doors were closed there were no issues with noise. Like most European hotels, there is no elevator. If you get a room on the 2nd floor you will have to carry your bags up the stairs.
5,4 Okay

Cons: Some Hotelier Staff attitude, waiting 20 minutes for shower to give hot water
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcoming. Nice room, nothing fancy but very comfortable, nice pool to. Good breakfast. Very good value for the money. More practical than charming location. Just near the road just outside Passignano. The immediate surrounds are not charming but the property itself is well maintained. The place was full the night we were there. Place for parking.

7,9 Good
Pros: The location was perfect , walking distance to wonderful restaurants along the lake .
Cons: We had a leak in our air conditioning, rooms were pretty dated , but it was a short stay so it was fine . No WiFi in the rooms wasn’t great especially for the kids if they wanted to use their electronics! Great pool area though !
7,1 Good
Pros: Very close to the lake and restaurants
Cons: Air conditioning couldn’t stay on for more than 2 hours or it would leak on top of your stuff.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The property should have 2 of the stars removed this is not a 4 star staff are accommodating cleanliness very poor
Cons: Rooms are small and not up to standard
7,0 Good
Pros: Hotel was pleasant in nice setting. Staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: Rooms were very basic. No tea / coffee making facilities or bottled water. The hotel didn't have an iron either but apparently this is the law in Italy? We only stayed for breakfast. Not much variety. Only hot food was eggs and sausage.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice large spacious room
Cons: Very noisy at night (till about 10pm ish) as many coach parties and entertainment on at night. Also food was quite basic - lots of restaurants locally though
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful pool, nice clean room, staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: Pretty location. Close to a train station. A short walk to lake Trasimeno. Friendly staff (not at first but they warm up!)
Cons: Added extras like having to pay for a swim cap, having to pay for a pool towel. The breakfast was very basic, and if you dont eat pork it’s mainly just croissants or toast. The eggs you have to boil yourself. No iron anywhere in the hotel!

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The real Italy. Atmosphere, tradition, respect for nature and life style
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The surrounding is stunningly beautiful, very relaxing, but the highlight is the hotel's staff. I had a health problem, and the effort made by the team and Francesco in particular is simply outstanding. We met amazing and interesting people, caring and empathetic. The hotel itself is simply a legend, I would stay there for a few more weeks.
Cons: I told the team directly what is needed to improvement, and I do not see any point of writing it down.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Full of character and remote, with amazing views. Easy to find through google maps and the route is sign posted. Peaceful and quiet - can hear crickets at night! Our room was spacious, and had an ancient door with a giant key - you really feel that you are staying in a historic location. Most of the guests were Italian - which to us was a testament of authenticity. The bed was a little hard but comfy! The pool area is very relaxing. The food for dinner was very tasty and truly Italian. Breakfast was delicious and the choice of foods was to die for. They booked us for a lovey wine tasting just down the road - wonderful.
Cons: Everything was great :) maybe they could put a soft blanket under the sheet on the bed in Junius :)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Think I would need a full page for this amazing agriturismo farm and spa stay in the Umbrian country. Loved the place, location, staff, facilities and the absolutely stunning meals. The pool was a savior in the heat and we had cocktails at sunset. I will definitely be back and hopefully very soon. The waiters and waitresses were brilliant and Marina holds the place together in a matriarchal manner. Definitely coming back and this time with my daughter who loved the picture I took of the sweet rabbit in the lavender bush. The honey from the farm is exceptional. Thank-you to the wonderful staff at Il Cantico della Natura for a memorable stay.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Attention to detail, warmth and enthusiasm of all staff, beautiful location and facilities, fantastic dining experience, gorgeous views from pool, close contact with natural environment.

Pros: NICE BUDGET HOTEL WITH POOL BUT NO AIR CONDITIONING. A SHORT WALK TO THE CENTRE OF TOWN (15 MINS) - LOVELY STAFF.
Cons: LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the station and short walk from main town centre, giving time for a walk between finishing an evening meal and reaching hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the shower was good and the swimming pool looked lovely but the weather was not good enough to take advantage. The hotel is family run and very friendly, although there was a language barrier as I don’t speak Italian we got by alright.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Friendly family hotel. Gave us good room with a corner sea view. Room as described. Good breakfast with variety. Very comfortable bed and pillows. 10/15 minutes walk down hill to lake front. Past supermarket. Found 2 excellent Resturant’s. Free parking.
Cons: The only problem was— don’t drop the soap in the shower. The smallest shower ever come across but water pressure and hot/cold perfect.
7,9 Good
Pros: comfortable walking distance to station and ferrys and cafes but certainly not with large cases
Cons: unless you speak italian you will find it difficult, best value evening mesls and wine is the water front

Pros: Thanks to the excellent position on the lakeside, you enjoy a beautiful view of Trasimeno lake. Scenic spots are at twenty or ten minutes and you can easily have a boat ride on the lake. The hotel features a nice pool. Staff is very kind.
Cons: Breakfast is meager, and served late (from 08:00 onwards). TV can be watched only standing in the room, and its size is microscopic (I guess about 14 inches)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Overlooked the lake, run by delightful husband and wife, large room, good breakfast. As we were there in October the place was very quiet in the height of summer it might be very different but great fun. Massive number of activities organised by the hotel so no excuse to be bored on your holiday!

Pros: View from room and balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast excellent buffet with fresh products and lots of choice. Secure parking with the car . Location .

Cons: Some of facilities felt slightly dated.

Pros: We stayed on a Sunday night and loved this little town, there were people out and about everywhere and the motel was very close to all the action. We also had a hire car and parking was right next to the property, easy and free. We had a night lake view which was lovely on rain free day.
Cons: The bed wasn’t the greatest on our trip so far! Breakfast was toast, cereal and some fruit.

Pros: Very friendly, easy parking ( in march )
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is just over the road from the lake with ample parking and a charming owner. He checked us in and recommended a nice restaurant a 3 minute walk away. Yes, it is an older hotel with a tiny shower but perfectly adequate for 1 or 2 night stay. We had a flat battery in the car in the morning and the owner kindly found someone to come and jump start us! Would stay again if passing through the area.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location near the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean apartment. Lots of things to do - tennis, volleyball etc. Slightly disappointed we couldn't access the lake but understandable at the time of year. Would love to return in the Summer.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Not too much!!
Cons: Had tennis courts etc but all were extra. Was meant to be on the lake but wasn't! Constant music and games at the pool (only suits some people!), Very poor public transport system and expensive to get there from train station 40 euro.. Every thing was extra!! even clean towels! no cleaning done while there and no fresh towels! girls ate one day and food was pre- packed pasta and just reheated!!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff passionate about their area. Helpful and sharing features of hotel and area
7,9 Good
Pros: Overall good facilities, bathroom modern. Large appointment.
Cons: Bit dated other than bathroom, Aircon not quite powerful enough for size of large room.
5,0 Okay
Pros: A good location, easy to reach by car, ideal to visit the villages around the lake. You can park at the property. The room was large in size but noisy and dusty; on the plus side, there was a fridge in the room and a balcony. The breakfast was ok, with a good selection of sweet and savoury. The pool was clean. This place looks good if you are a family with kids as there are various activities; I think is best if you rent a flat rather than a room...or maybe we were simply unlucky with our awful room.
Cons: Fortunately we had booked only 1 night. On arrival, the lady at the reception didn't have our booking. I showed her the booking email and even the email the hotel had sent me in response to a request...she was very grumpy, as if it was my fault that she could not find the booking. Not at all welcoming. The room was a dull motel room with view on the car park and right above the reception, so we had a constant noise from cars entering the car park and guests arriving at night or leaving early morning. The reception shuts early so by the time we returned from dinner, it was shut and we could not ask to change room, so we had to put up with the noise. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Between the noise and the awful mattress, we didn't get a good night sleep. The room was large but dusty, could have been cleaned better, lots of dust and crumbs under the beds. The wardrobe smelled really bad inside so we couldn't use it. The TV is weirdly placed at the side of the wardrobe (see photo), so it's difficult to watch it: if you sit on the double bed you see only half of the screen. Whoever put up a TV like that did a really shoddy job. WiFi works badly. The pool is nice and clean, but has limited opening times: opens 9am and shuts at 19.30. I was hoping to go for a swim before breakfast but it was shut. The beach is not inside the property, it's part of another private establishment nearby: you have to go outside the property, it's within easy reach on foot (300-400 meters), you have to show a bracelet to access. There are loads of signs saying that you cannot bring in your food or drinks, you are only allowed to consume items bought at the beach bar, which is annoying. I booked a hotel room with beach, I don't see why I cannot even drink my own water without being told off. Considering that there were other hotels with pool for a lower price, this place was a poor choice...and a total delusion.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable, location quiet, available free parking inside the structure, nice view. Best suited for low season.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location with children and good team
Cons: Aircon in the rooms not working correctly

Pros: Coco sweet. Cosy. The team of young people who takes care of animation and fun. The swimming pool was top for our kids. I liked Umbria and all beautiful and stunning villages and towns.
Cons: We hoped we could swim in a lake too. But it is not very clean. The camping seem to have been fancy one day. We think it should be better cared about its environment. The wi-fi was out of order all of our staying.
