Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for those visiting nearby hospitals or universities. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding the staff helpful and accommodating, while others encountered rudeness or lack of assistance. Bed comfort varied, with some guests finding the beds uncomfortable or old, though a few noted clean bedding. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and breakfast, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Location was excellent. Facility was dirty, breakfast bar was poor ( food was just bad) Shower and toilet were stained and dirty, shower head was broken (fixture in the wall was broken) The sink fixture was loose from the vanity and should have been replaced. Door seal was bad. It was just an overall unpleasant stay. We will not book this hotel again. Too many other nice options in Lubbock.
Pros (+) Very clean
Cons (-) They ran out of pillows, they didn't have the advertised breakfast and the overall experience was very poor.
Cons (-) Cleanliness
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly considering the circumstances.
Cons (-) A lot of noise from the construction. Only one door to get in and out way back by the pool. Breakfast needs a better attendant.
