All I expect from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Carlos at the bar is always great. Menu and drinks offering as well. It's not Marriott's problem, but the $60 a night self parking is outrageous. You have to think two about the rate, even when it's a good one, since you have to add $60 a day to your tab.

The hotel was very outdated. Dimly lit hallways and rooms. The location to the airport is nice but there are many other nicer hotels for less money that are updated. I would not stay here again.

Pros (+) First, The employees were kind. So I could ask without any pressure. Second, The facilities were clean overall.

Cons (-) Terrible pickup service at the airport. We waited a half hour for the shuttle, and finally I had to call the hotel to request a pickup. The other hotel shuttles passed by every 10-15 minutes.

Pros (+) Close to the airport, clean room, friendly staff, quiet, good dinner recommendations, shuttle was on schedule.
Cons (-) We had to move into a 2nd room because the air conditioner wasn't working in the 1st. There was a $9.95 charge for the WIFI connection. The continental breakfast charge was too much ($19.00).
