Pros (+) Missed their awesome breakfast because we had a super early flight unfortunately. We caught the Managers Special the first evening there which was great. We enjoy the service at the restaurant and the Staff at the desk were kind and friendly each time I approached them. This really made our layover at LAX enjoyable.
Cons (-) It was difficult to identify the shuttle service van at the LAX pickup area. The Embassy Suites logo on the van is on the side. It would be helpful to have the logo or bigger lettering on the front of the van to make it easier to identify. Pros (+) Checked in within 10min. of arrival, one person ahead of me. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Great selection for room service. Food arrived within 20min., hot! Food tasted great, I had the pork slider, flatbread pizza, and porkchop. Drinks were cold.
Cons (-) Although the food tasted great, it cost me $83! Little pricey. My room was in a corner, next to a storage room, #316. I felt like I was different.
