Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to major attractions and transport links. Some guests also appreciate the value for money, especially given the central setting. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and facilities. Service is another area of concern, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and issues with room bookings. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
