Clean and comfortable. The bunk bed with curtains create good privacy for each guests in the same room. Although you might hear next room if they scream or laugh loudly, I think the property itself should not be blamed by this.
There’s no freezer for guests, it’s a bit inconvenient in terms of long stay.
Clean rooms, nice staff, perfect location
alarm triggered several times per night, two nights in a row
This was my fourth or fifth stay, it's a reliable and consistently good option. I can't afford a single room when I'm staying in London, and this place is THE next best thing, and actually much better than a "cheap" single room at the budget end with free cholera. This place is clean, friendly, has a useful indoor ATM, and is near LOTS of food and transport options. If I fly in to Gatwick I go to London Bridge and then get the Tube to Elephant, dump my bag and head to Chatkara, fantastic Punjabi food!
Well, can I force myself to find a fault? Within this price bracket and for the hostel market, there are NO complaints.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and restrooms were pretty clean and so was the general area. I liked how the beds were already made. The beds had curtains which gave quite a lot of privacy which is always appreciated.
I had the upper bunk bed which meant there was no electric socket near me and it was hard charging my devices.
Very easy to reach my public transportation, quiet hostel, clean, staff helpful.
You have the vibe of a chain hostel, just like a chain restaurant compared to a family business. Not much emphasis on connection with clients, It lacks the coziness
