The location was great
Our room was too little for 3 people
Located few minutes walk from Kensington palace and Bayswater tube station,. Hotel offers good breakfast
double room on the ground floor is quite small, but tidy. it’s ok for few nights stay
A great location in a vibrant neighborhood filled with restaurants and shops, walking distance to Portobello Road and Kensington Palace. The Bayswater tube station a couple blocks away allowed quick tube access to all the famous London sights. Our room had an enormous window with a view of Princes Square Park. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was smaller than we expected... definitely smaller than a North American queen size... but on the plus side it was comfortable. The room was also small but we expected that based on other reviews. There were numerous USB ports for charging our phones etc. The bathroom was modern and very functional.
The Staff’s friendliness. Breakfast. Location was really good.
Cleanliness of the room, net curtains, ants. The shower unit was leaking and the cubicles grout needs sorting before it leaks (heavily cracked meaning very dirty as no way to keep clean). Use aqua panels. Far too hot in bedroom and no way to control.
