Pros (+) Stayed here with my 16-year-old son for three nights; nice area; desk staff was courteous; we were able to check in a couple hours early; lots of food markets and restaurants nearby; this is a fine/functional hotel-- nothing tremendous but nothing horrible; a good value for $100 per night this close to Hyde Park
Cons (-) There was some street noise as groups of people staying in the surrounding hotels were walking up and down the street at night; rooms are small, but what I expected for a four-star hotel in London
